Excellent staff starting at the Reception Desk pleasant greeting and helpful checking in, very thorough and extensive examination, Dr. Bowman was pleasant and very thorough explaining to me everything he was doing and why, explaining the surgical options, what he believed the best option for me would be and why, also giving me a high level overview of what to expect the day of surgery and the following care. Very thorough very informative and very pleasant from check in to check out all staff.
Dr. Riske was able to squeeze me in for a quick eye procedure day of evaluation appointment, as a self pay patient (after referral by my regular optometrist) . I never felt judged or ripped off for having no insurance. The total price was very fair and a bit under what I had anticipated.He told me everything I'd feel, honestly, without sugar coating. When he said it would feel hot or hurt, it did. Treatment was completed quickly, competently and was very clean/orderly throughout. When he warned of after effects the info was blunt and direct with no confusions.I am healing up well and am happy with services performed and am content with polite/helpful staff members. Grateful for the experience.
