Very thorough exam in an unrushed, relaxed atmosphere starting and ending with the helpful front desk (Debra) to technician Abby (super personality) and finally to the main man Dr. Chong. I plan to never leave this practice as they are not shy to express the truth.
Everyone was pleasant and professional. I do think if medical history was done online prior to appointment it would cut down on time waiting to be seen.
Doctor and assistants were great. Had 7:40 am appointment and doors were not unlocked until after that time. Made call prior to doors opening and recording says office opened at 8:00. I was somewhat confused. Once doors opened at 7:45 the front desk lady was somewhat short about me questioning appointment time. Once checked in I was taken back for appointment pretty quickly and service was great.
