Entire staff was really on point, really seem to care about me not only as a person but as a patient. Dr. Chong is always very attentive and has a good bedside manner or chairside I should say. Love how I was taken care of. The front staff made it easy for me to check in and great smiles.
I had a concerning gray area in my visual field. They got me in to see Dr. Chong a day later. He found the problem, got me in to see a retina specialist, told me I dont have glaucoma, and told me the medication I had been given was not appropriate because I had asthma. All while I was recovering from COVID and masked. Pretty life-changing appointment.
