I was greeted by all staff members in a professional way. Even when walking to different waiting areas in the vast office, l could hear staff discussions. There was great consideration to each other and the moods were professional and polite. I know there were meetings of concern happening but these meetings were private and out of the public eye. This practice is well staffed and knowledgeable in the necessary areas assigned so that the daily duties run smoothly while attending to medical needs and the comfort of their patient.
I offer my best and highest commendation to Dr. Gabriel Chong and his entire staff on their recent superior work on executing surgery to remove cataracts and implant a monocular lens in my left eye, and their skill and care will be used soon to repeat the process on my right eye. Dr. Chong's skill and expertise are enhanced by the kind and competent care provided by his entire co-ordination and after care team of experts. All options for treatment were clearly explained, as well as after surgery expectations, by Dr. Chong and his staff.
