Dr.Patrick Laber and his team are the best I experienced. Dr. Laber explained all the options I have for my Cataract surgery . The rest of his team did an excellent and efficient job . Looking forward for my upcoming surgery and recommend Dr. Laber .
Except for the receptionists who werent very welcoming , were on there personal phone and chatting and not paying us any mind , no greeting at all .when I got to the back the visit was fabulous,the medical staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. The Dr was really quick and just great . Besides check In , would recommend these folks to everyone .
I went to Durant Road location in Raleigh. The front desk staff were wonderful.The first person I saw was Tess who performed several checks on my vision. She was extremely kind and professional. Dr Patel was lovely and thorough as always and very interested in any thoughts I had. Excellent office. Quieter than Blue Ridge Road location. Highly recommend.
I called them early one morning because I thought my retina was detaching. I was not a patient but they scheduled me to come in right away. I was very impressed with their entire office and they instilled confidence in me that everything would be ok. I highly recommend this practice and Im now a patient of record with them.
