I had a concerning gray area in my visual field. They got me in to see Dr. Chong a day later. He found the problem, got me in to see a retina specialist, told me I don't have glaucoma, and told me the medication I had been given was not appropriate because I had asthma. All while I was recovering from COVID and masked. Pretty life-changing appointment.
We seen Dr. Jordan and his staff last week. Checking in was easy. The girls that took my 3 year old and I back were wonderful. When my daughter got bored repeating her shapes the girls encouraged her to do just one more. Then Dr. Jordan was amazing as well. He took the time and had the patience to keep her engaged. I was told from a previous ophthalmologist that my daughter did not need any intervention, she would grow out if it. Dr. Jordan explained that it is not severe but we could try patches. Thank you everyone for your help!
I had an urgent matter and the office was so accommodating. Dr. Chong and his team were very attentive and thorough in their evaluation and follow-up plan. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of eye care.
