Staff are always very Friendly and warm. Dr. Jordan is one of, if not THE BEST Ophthalmologist in Wake County. Trey was very patient, professional and he worked so well with my 10 year old son. His voice is so soothing and makes you relax. My son has been coming here since he was 3 years old and I refuse to go to any other Eye Doctor. He is very knowledgeable and professional, and we appreciate all that they do at Raleigh Ophthalmology.
The Dr is very professional kind caring & thoughtful! He called my family member and myself by name. The location is Covid protocol ready.The wheelchair was inside the location - I had to go inside to ask for one for my family member. Also - the restrooms are located in a centralized area- not in the office itself. But the service the Provider delivers is awesome and in my humble opinion worth the inconvenience of the location
I took a family member- this person needed a wheelchair but I had to go inside the building to ask for one- would be better to have them at the entrance- the staff was okay but the Ophthalmologist is just awesome - hes a superb caring low key doctor- very hard working-having been to both locations-his demeanor is the same - he even called to check on my family member- I have great confidence in this highly professional service!!
