Test will need to be repeated due to conditions that were not optimal. Love my doctor and his assistants but this testing situation needs to be corrected. It seems other patients have also complained.
Dr. Chung is an amazing doctor, I have been going here for many years now. Unfortunately I will have to say that the staff hasnt been the most helpful or supportive, especially in the most recent years, but I hate to give this office a bad review because the doctors have been great once you get to actually see them . Im sure the staff is overwhelmed with all the things. But nothing a little give and take of Jesus grace cant fix.
The staff was very professional very caring. Dr. Riske was great - put me at ease during the procedure. I would highly recommend Raleigh Ophthalmology.
