I was very impressed with my recent visit to Raleigh Ophthalmology. Dr. Paul Riske and his staff provided quality services and were very friendly. The office was well managed and very clean. I appreciate their services.
The staff here are friendly, but professional. The office is clean and the tests are thorough. They walk you through each step so you know what is coming next. So far I am quite impressed with this group.
This was my first visit to Raleigh Ophthalmology. I experienced very friendly and knowledgeable people from the Front Desk, to the intake nurse, PA, and the ophthalmologist, Dr. Erik Johnson, who performed a surgical procedure on my eyelid. My wait time was very minimal. I was taken back to review medical history and then waited a very short time for the doctor. He thoroughly discussed my situation and offered the surgical procedure, letting me know what it would entail every step of the way. I agreed and It only took a few minutes for them to arrange the procedure room. Everything went exactly as the doctor said. Dr. Johnson explained recovery and what I should expect. I would highly recommend Dr. Johnson and the Raleigh Ophthalmology group on Blue Ridge Rd. in Raleigh.
Fairly well oiled machine. Appts are fairly long b/c of all the testing done.great care! Don't care for the billing system. Wish they participated with insurance.
