I had a very pleasurable appointment. The receptionists were friendly. I was explained every test before it was performed during my time there. I was given a phamlet about my condition also a follow up appointment before I left. I witnessed them wiping down equipment and washing their hands after each patient. These are the people who were in contact with me during my appointment they gave me exceptional care during my appointment. Myasia, Maddie, Elaine, Shelly, Dr. Smith and Erin she was in the hallway and introduced herself to me on my way out.Maria Sherrod
There was an excessive wait as I went from station to station for medical review. The surroundings were very pleasant, but it took over 3 hours to complete my visit. Other Ophthalmology locations seemed to use the hand-off plan. i.e. As you finish one station, that person would walk you to the person at the next station where that person would begin their evaluation. I understand that the physician time may vary.
