The staff was welcoming and very kids friendly. My 4yr old son was referred there by his pediatrician after failing a vision test. They have a playroom for the children in which my children loved. They had cartoons on the TV in the room to soothe and entertain the children as well as books. This was a great experience for my little guy!
The front desk process moved quickly and courteously! The waiting area is pristine, the wait time was short, and the ophthalmic technician was all business. Dr, Chong is great! He explains what hes doing and how my eyes are responding to treatment in a way that is easy for me to understand and not in any way condescending. This practice is impressive!
