Everyone was cheerful and attentive. I was in and out efficiently. Techs and Dr. Adam were professional and focused on me. They answered my questions. No one seemed rushed to move on to the next patient and I have always felt that I can trust Dr. Adams judgement.
The experience was incredibly smooth and professional. The staff is friendly and the doctor is wonderful. I had a cyst in my lower eyelid that was removed. Highly recommend
Facility was clean and pleasant. Doctor and assistants were caring and helpful.I had to wait in a second small waiting area with several people, many of whom were coughing and sniffling. I am immuno suppressed, so this was pretty uncomfortable. I was not seen by Dr. Patel until more than an hour after my scheduled appointment. I had to have additional dilation, I assume because of the wait. I am a professional, and my time is important too!
Same day appointment, (may have had some cancellations). Very professional and asked me lots of questions about my issue. I left knowing exactly how to react to my condition. Very pleased
