My appointment was yesterday 08/05/25. The staff at check-in were very polite and helpful. I arrived early and was seen about 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Dr. Bowman was very kind and informative. After careful examination, it was determined I did not need surgery at this time, although the doctor couldve scheduled me anyway just for the money, but he did not. He was very upfront with why I did not need the surgery at this time. I so appreciated his honesty. When it does come time for cataract surgery, I will be returning to this office.
It was great! Staff and Dr. had me in and out, knee fixed in about and hour! Dr. explained everything very well so I understood what he was recommending and why.
This was a nearly perfect experience, from setting up the appointment to scheduling the upcoming procedure. Staff was incredibly friendly and kept me well informed of each step. Dr. Riske spent plenty of time with me, especially in explaining the procedure we were considering (process, risk, benefits, recovery, everything). My wife and I are driving from coastal NC and the team here made it well worth the drive!
