From check-in straight to check out, the experience was seamless. The staff is extremely polite and friendly, courteous knowledgeable, and Dr. Smith is an absolute joy. My only regret is that he doesnt need to see me for a whole year.
Dr. Dickens has a great personality and superb knowledge. I trust him implicitly. The receptionists are very polite and efficient. His medical assustants/technicians are top-notch and the flow of receipt thru care is carefully and efficiently scheduled. I dont feel that my time is wasted during my visit.
Although the wait was over 45 minutes past my appointment time, I found everyone at the office to be friendly, supportive and helpful. All of the testing was done carefully. And explanations were given to all my questions.
