I had my annual eye exam Wednesday, June 11, 2025, and met Dr. Patel for the first time. She was very knowledgeable, thorough, friendly, personable, and professional. I am confident that I am in "great hands" and I look forward to my next appointment with her!
Staff and Dr. Hoffman were keenly attentive to my 81 yr old Mother. When they learned of her hearing loss, they automatically adjusted the level of their voices, spoke directly to her face, and watched for her understanding. This is beyond what other providers have done in communicating with my Mom. Dr. Hoffman took his time and explained his findings, diagnosis, and next steps to her. He asked Mom for her questions and answered them in simple language without me needing to explain medical terms to her. Dr. Hoffman & staff were thorough, friendly, and gave my Mom compassionate, patient-focused care!! Thank you so very much!!
Dr. Erik Johnson and his team at Raleigh Ophthalmology were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to diagnose and address my issue quickly during the same-day visit, which saved me a return trip. Scheduling was easy and efficient.If I could give 4.5 stars, I would. My only minor comment is that the office itself looks a bit tired and could use some updates. Still, the quality of care more than made up for it. Highly recommend!
This office has improved the waiting time so that I was out of there more quickly than usual. All technicians, nurses and Dr. Gupta are professional and knowledgeable.
