My exam was thorough and I was able to keep pace with the directions during the eye chart phase. I have had exams where they rush through in other practices. Everything was checked and I felt that my visit with Dr. Patel was very good.
As always, Dr. Chong and staff are so professional and really outgoing. They explain each step you have to take. Offic and rooms are always clean. Equipment is clean prior to your using them.
They are very courteous and prompt. I did not have to wait at all to see my doctor. The process was explained very thoroughly and the staff was kind and considerate would definitely recommend to family and friends and anyone.
