I Needed emergency appointment and earliest I was provided. Entire staff and Dr Johnson all were very courteous, professional who provided excellent patient centric care.
Each staff member understood his/her role and acted with high regard for professionalism and courtesy. There was an opportunity for my input in decision-making and I appreciate the team approach. Administrative efficiency kept wait periods short. Excellent practice!
