The staff were amazing. I received a call from an educator, who walked me through my consultation appointment. The entire staff ,at the appointment ,were professional and made me comfortable. Dt. Laber walked me through the procedure and answered all my questions. Scheduling the procedures was to fit my needs. I feel as though I am in excellent hands !
Very Good experience at Raleigh Opthalmology Friday 10/2. Quick check- in. Jacob worked with me. He was very professional, kind, knowledgeable. I really like Dr Gupta, she was very nice, and reassuring. Daniel checked me out, took extra time with some questions about insurance scheduling issues.Ive had some Surgeries with Dr Riske in the past that went great!Thanks Raleigh Opthalmology!
Receptionists were great the professionalism was on point my experience highly recommend whoever needs any eye Care I would thank them for their courtesy and the mannerism
Appointments were set up for my wife and me so that we would have one trip. We had minimal wait and the exams were quick and thorough. The staff from the front to the back were friendly and all questions were answered.
