The staff and Drs are great. My main complaint and lack of 5 stars is that after all the tests etc done by the tech, I had to wait in the Drs office for almost an hour before the Dr came in to see me. Once he was there, though, he spent as much time as he needed. I was just about to come out and see if they had forgotten about me.
Once you get in, the process was efficient and Dr Laber answered any questions to my satisfaction. My only complaint is that it took almost 4 weeks for a call back after the consultation request was submitted and another 2 months for my appt. Guess there are too many old people with cataracts
