Doctor's here are excellent. Both times I came here, I didn't wait more than 5 minutes to be seen. The only complaint I have is that the check in process online says that you will be dilated and receive refraction. It also says to allow 2.5 hours for the appointment. After thinking I was going to have an eye exam included in my visit, I arranged for the time off work. However, I was told when I got there that that message is not accurate for everyone, but everyone receives the message. I was out in 20 minutes with no exam.
Very nice and efficient staff. Dr. James Constans in Clayton office was great but is leaving and I can't get an appointment with his replacement yet due to their scheduling system, so I will not have a six month follow up unless I drive to Raleigh. I don't want to drive to Raleigh so I'm SOL. Sad that they don't have enough support in Clayton which is one of the fastest growing towns in the area.
