I went to Durant Road location in Raleigh. The front desk staff were wonderful.The first person I saw was Tess who performed several checks on my vision. She was extremely kind and professional. Dr Patel was lovely and thorough as always and very interested in any thoughts I had. Excellent office. Quieter than Blue Ridge Road location. Highly recommend.

I called them early one morning because I thought my retina was detaching. I was not a patient but they scheduled me to come in right away.
