Walked into Ral. Opht. with droopy, bedroom eyes, had some testing, some eval, got scheduled for outpt. eyelid work. Last Thursday morning, I was dropped off at the office, staff greeted me warmly and the process began. An hour + latter, I am on my way home with puffy eyes and a cold compress. Healing underway, but I can tell, my eyes are more alive, awake, alert, aware--just the way I want them. Thank you Andrea, Rita, Dr. Risk.
I've been seeing Dr. Chong for three years and cannot be happier with his medical care. He is personable, extremely knowledgeable and approachable. I recommend him without reservation.
For my last two visits I have had to wait more than 20 minutes after my appointment time. I was told my one of the techs "that there are other patients ahead of me. I had not said anything to her about waiting. I only spoke to the receptionist at the front about it being 20 minutes past my check in time. I felt as though her comment was unprofessional, and not necessary.
