I have been seeing Dr. Gupta for a number of years and have always found her to be thorough, professional and very engaging. This is a very busy practice and I would like to see the check-in/check-out desk easier to approach. The location by the office entrance is backed up and getting in the door and past the line requires some maneuvering on the part of the patient as there are also chairs very close to the door and desk. Many patients, including myself, entered the office yesterday with a cane or walker, further limiting mobility in this area. Other than that, I am very pleased with Dr. Gupta and her treatment of me, professionally and personally has been exceptional!
