Had my first visit in this beautiful new huge facility, and I enjoyed every moment of it. Staff were so friendly, Im just sorry that I didnt write names down so I can name them individually. From the receptionist, to the technician, a beautiful young lady with dreadlocks, who was absolutely wonderful, to the doctor, to the lady who works with insurance that is so on top of her game! Had the most thorough eye doctor visit I have ever had. Kudos to all.
From arrival to departure, the skilled staff did an exceptionally good job making me feel I was at the right place for my diabetic eye exam. Dr. Logan Smith did an excellent job answering all of my questions and gave a very detailed explanation of what the various tests revealed. Im pleased with this, my first visit, and I look forward to my annual visits with Dr. Smith.
The whole staff was awesome,I was so nervous about a few test but the nurse and Dr.Dickens really help me take the good news and bad news in stride, and unlike other opthamology offices I have gone to since being a NC resident this was the best experience, 10/10
It was a very smooth visit with Dr. Dickens, who always answers my questions. And his tech Dymond (sp.?)was a really good coach, making sure I got the best of my refraction exam.
