Just made my first visit for a routine annual eye exam and updated correction for my glasses. From Debra, who was just outside the office to assist with confirmation of the appointment, to a full waiting room, and on to the office check-in, then initial exam and medical eye exam with Dr. Kevin Bowman, all was efficiently organized, and there was a balance of professionalism and courtesy.
Great staff, friendly, never leave you waiting. Dr Riske makes you feel as if you are his number one priority when he with you. He answers all your questions and explains exactly what he is going to do and then again as he is doing each step. He finds common interests with you to make sure you are comfortable with him; it feels like you know him as a friend, not simply your doctor. 100% recommend him and his staff.
Dr Riske is so caring and his staff are the best! He takes time to explain surgery techniques and is the best eye surgeon Ive ever been associated with!
I was greeted by all staff members in a professional way. Even when walking to different waiting areas in the vast office, l could hear staff discussions. There was great consideration to each other and the moods were professional and polite. I know there were meetings of concern happening but these meetings were private and out of the public eye. This practice is well staffed and knowledgeable in the necessary areas assigned so that the daily duties run smoothly while attending to medical needs and the comfort of their patient.
