I am a senior lady who recently had eyelid surgery to help with my peripheral vision. I had Bells Palsy many years ago which caused my lid to drop. He did a wonderful job!!! Before the operation he stopped by the bed and chatted with me and it helped a lot. He is kind and patient with older patients. Thank you again Dr Johnson for restoring my vision. Also a big shout out to Kimberly the surgery coordinator, who returned my phone calls and did not rush me when I was asking questions. All in all a great office/doctor team.
Love this office, Timothy Jordan did my daughters surgery and it was very successful. I must also shout out Lauren at this office (at the check out desk) she went above and beyond. She knew we had driven two hours and I asked her what stores were near that I could go get a car charge from because my battery was dead on my phone and I needed it for my gps and this sweet girl, went above and beyond and went and got me her charger. That was a random act of kindness and it meant more than she knows.
845 appt. My first contact to start the process was at 10. Vision check, and drops. I'm still here waiting on dr to see me, its after 11. I did expect to wait, but over 2.5 hours is ridiculous. The waiting room is packed to the brim. Patients are waiting outside in lobby. Appt last year, same situation, but there was an emergency with sick dr. I rescheduled after 2 hours of waiting, to a different day and was in and out in an hour. I dont get it.
