The ideal candidate should possess effective written and oral skills as well as proficiency in all components of ophthalmic workups. Experience with diagnostic testing such as OCT, HVF, along with refraction and tonometry is preferred. Experience with EMR is also a plus. Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in optometry and/or ophthalmology. Equally important, is the desire and ability to work as a team player, and contribute to a positive and enjoyable work environment.
We are looking for someone who seeks to provide the highest quality ophthalmic assistance to both the physician and the patient. Although certification is desirable, we are willing to train someone provided the person is highly motivated with good technical and interpersonal skills.

Front Desk Receptionist:
As a Front Desk Representative, you will provide that critical first impression to our patients! You must have a natural passion for delivering exceptional service, be welcoming and patient, serve patients in person and over the phone daily, and enjoy problem-solving.
Duties of this individual include:
- Welcome patients to the practice
- Treat all patients in a professional and courteous manner
- Check-in and check-out responsibilities
- Review patient charts to verify necessary information
- Verbally confirm all demographics and insurance for every visit
- Complete medical records requests
- Manage incoming referring doctor notes
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and confidently.
