From Raleigh – Via I-440 E:
I-440 E toward Clayton. Take I-40 E to NC-42 E in Clayton. Take exit 320 from US-70 E. Use the right 2 lanes to take exit 16 to merge onto I-40 E toward Wilmington/Benson.
Use the right 2 lanes to take exit 309 for US-70 E toward Smithfield/Goldsboro. Continue onto US-70 E. Take exit 320 for NC-42 toward Clayton. Use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto NC-42 E. Destination will be on the right – 34 Health Parkway, Suite 102.
From Raleigh – Via I-540 E
Head southeast on I-540 E toward Clayton. Take exit 26A to merge onto I-495/I-87/US-264 W/US-64 W toward Raleigh. Use the left 2 lanes to merge onto I-440 E/US-64 W toward I-40/US-64 W/Durham/Benson. Use the right 2 lanes to take exit 16 to merge onto I-40 E toward Wilmington/Benson. Use the right 2 lanes to take exit 309 for US-70 E toward Smithfield/Goldsboro. Continue onto US-70 E. Take exit 320 for NC-42 toward Clayton. Use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto NC-42 E. Destination will be on the right – 34 Health Parkway, Suite 102
From Raleigh – via Hwy I-40
Take I- toward I-40 E/Hillsborough St/Sanford. Use the right lane to take exit 1 for I-40/US-64 E toward Durham/Benson. Use the middle lane to keep left at the fork and continue on Exit 1A. Keep right at the fork to continue on Exit 1A, follow signs for I-40 E/US-64 E/Benson. Keep left at the fork and merge onto I-40 E. Keep right at the fork to stay on I-40 E, follow signs for Benson/Wilmington. Use the right 2 lanes to take exit 309 for US-70 E toward Smithfield/Goldsboro. Continue onto US-70 E. Take exit 320 for NC-42 toward Clayton. Use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto NC-42 E. Destination will be on the right – 34 Health Parkway, Suite 102.
The Clayton office is located in the HealthPark at 42 West complex located directly across the street from Johnston Medical Center on Highway 42 West in Clayton. We are located in the corner of the first building to the right when you enter the office park. The entrance to our office, Suite 102, is located on the side of the building facing away from the stoplight.
