From the moment we walked into the practice, the entire staff was welcoming, friendly and accommodating to our needs. Dr. Dickens took the time to get to know us as he was performing his examination. Even on the way out, each staff member that we encountered, had a smile and a pleasant greeting.
Even though I already had an appointment scheduled for the next day, I'm so grateful there was a doctor on call who said 'Come in now'. I've been suffering from chalazions, which are kinda like a stye, for all of 2020. This was the worst burning & pain I've felt ever! Plus, it looked like my eyelid was ripped. (It's always more severe to the person experiencing the situation than the ACTUAL situation.) Dr. Chong was the lifesaver of my sanity! I am 100% sure with Drs Jordan, Riske, and Chong I'll be back to my fabulous self in no time!
Very professional, knowledgeable & compassionate staff. Dr. Riske came highly recommended by my optometrist & was worth the wait! Would absolutely recommend Dr. Riske & his wonderful staff!
