The only reason Im not giving them a 5 star rating is because I had to wait approximately 1 hour past my appointment time before ever being called back to get my visit started. Once I was finally called back, everyone I dealt with was very professional, all my questions were answered and i was very satisfied with Dr Adam and her staff. I feel at ease going into my surgeries.
The office is very nice. The staff and Doctor were very professional and nice. They were running behind on their appointment times but, everyone was very apologetic.
Wonderful staff, from front to back. Even with the large amount of patients in the waiting room, the wait was not terrible. We were seen about 20 minutes after our scheduled appointment time, which is reasonable in my opinion, with the number of patients seen. My four year old was seen by the kindest assistant who was just excellent working with her. She told my daughter she was her best patient, and my little girl has been telling everyone that since her appointment yesterday. Lol. Im glad to be an established patient with them!
