Very pleasant and efficient office, and prompt with appointment times. All assisting staff were warm in attitude and performed their duties with confidence. Dr Dickens has a great manner with thorough explanations.
This is a very busy practice, but everyone was very nice and professional throughout my visit. My issue was evaluated and a minor procedure was done right then, no need to schedule another appointment! I highly recommend Dr. Riske. He explained everything to me, gave me options (scheduling another appointment was one of them), answered my questions, and was patient while I made my decision on having the minor procedure that day. I couldnt have asked for a better experience.
Dr. Chong is absolutely excellent. Hes skillful, compassionate, personable. An eye appointment can be anxiety provoking but the team puts you at ease. They make it a pleasant experience.
