I was impressed that Raleigh Ophthalmology gave me an appointment on the same day I called with a problem with my eye -- with my usual doctor. She was in scrubs so it was obviously a surgery day for her. I appreciated her squeezing me in. Always a good practice.
First time at the office and was warmly greeted by a friendly staff member who brought me paperwork and explained each. Testing was efficiently done and Dr was prompt.
I had the wrong time for my appointment. I was an hour too early. Receptionist couldnt fit me in earlier and suggested i go get some coffee and come back. Which I did. The staff and Dr. Adams were very polite and courteous. Dr. Adams was very thorough in her examination and explaining th I ngs to me. I would recommend this practice to anyone.
Was referred by normal eye doctor to Raleigh Ophthalmology. Had Dr Paul S Riske help out with a minor eye problem (cyst near eye). He was able to alleviate the problem quickly and on the same day by removing the problem cyst. Very happy with outcome and his confidence. Really improved my quality of life. The supporting staff there too was also helpful with navigating my visit. Would highly recommend him and this office.
Check in slow process but what really has upset me is trying to get someone to answer my calls after waiting forever I get sent to voicemail. The long lengthy voice message was dragging on just ridiculous I would not ever go back just for Poor Receptionist connection!!!! My eyes are to important to be stressed out about trying to get in touch with doctor or nurse. Very unprofessional Reception on phone (cell phone) chatting with patients about person matters its great to be friendly but this has went to far!! I canceled any upcoming appointments due to not being able to get through on the phone, being on hold and poor customer service.....VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
