My visit went well, everyone was nice and confident in what they were doing. Would have given 5 stars, but cant seem to get surgical scheduled and cant get call back from them either.
My mother who has dementia had an appointment there. There were 2 staff members one named Eliza and the other named Trinity who went over and beyond to accommodate her during her eye exam! They were both extremely polite, patient and courteous with her. Im not sure if theyve had experience with dementia patients or not but they did extremely well with my mom! I hope they receive some sort of commendation for their hard work and dedication!
