Have been going to Raleigh Ophthalmology almost 50 years - love the Drs... However, my last visit they insisted on charging me for a refraction I never had (this visit), only got a copy of my prescription from 2 YEARS AGO because my eyesight had not changed. Im extremely disappointed they didnt believe me when I told them emphatically I hadnt had a refraction this visit. Might have to reconsider my options.
I have been a patient at Raleigh Opthamology for over 20 years and always get excellent care. Each time a current doctor has retired, I have been transferred to another competent and caring doctor. Dr. Adam is currently my opthamologist, and she is excellent.
Friendly and professional staff .Called with an urgent eye problem and was seen same day.Dr Johnson was through in examining my eye and diagnosing the problem.
