I have had only 2 visits so far. I was very impressed with effectiveness and thoroughness of evaluation and knowledgeable personnel. I was impressed with Dr.Dickens, his friendliness and warm caring personality.During second visit Dr.Dickens already compared my extensive records from previous ophthalmologist of several years, answered all my questions, worked with me to stay on the same medication, which is working for me the best, but with much better price.
This was my son's first visit to this office and our experience was great. Everyone was nice and accommodating. Dr. Jordan and his staff made my son feel comfortable and took the time to explain everything.
Dr. Alan Dickens just performed cataract surgery on me and I could not be more pleased. His very professional office staff makes this a complete process. Dr. Dickens cares for each of his patients, their needs and the best treatment for them. This is definitely a five star professional office.
