Everyone is very kind And very helpful. They take time needed with you. I have never felt rushed. They are very thorough. The doctors and their staff are very knowledgeable and I would recommend them highly.

Staff and Dr. Hoffman were keenly attentive to my 81 yr old Mother. When they learned of her hearing loss, they automatically adjusted the level of their voices, spoke directly to her face, and watched for her understanding. This is beyond what other providers have done in communicating with my Mom. Dr. Hoffman took his time and explained his findings, diagnosis, and next steps to her. He asked Mom for her questions and answered them in simple language without me needing to explain medical terms to her. Dr. Hoffman staff were thorough, friendly, and gave my Mom compassionate, patient-focused care!! Thank you so very much!!
