I chose the right place for my cataract surgery!Everyone is professional and courteous, I was cared for and treated like a person not just a number.The doctor I saw the first time couldnt do my surgery till after the new year but my eyes had gotten so bad very fast that I couldnt wait. The scheduling manager for the previous Dr went above and beyond to find a different Dr I could see the next week and saved two dates for my surgeries the next month. I then saw Dr Patel who was able to get both my eyes fixed in December.The care I was given was outstanding!Dr Patel gave me the best Christmas gift ever.the ability to see better than I have ever seen in my whole life!!Make sure you get there a little early this office in very busy
Ive treated at Raleigh Ophthalmology for about 10 years and have seen several doctors there. All the doctors and staff have been outstanding, and I have and continue to recommend them to colleagues, friends, and family members.
Staff are always very Friendly and warm. Dr. Jordan is one of, if not THE BEST Ophthalmologist in Wake County. Trey was very patient, professional and he worked so well with my 10 year old son. His voice is so soothing and makes you relax. My son has been coming here since he was 3 years old and I refuse to go to any other Eye Doctor. He is very knowledgeable and professional, and we appreciate all that they do at Raleigh Ophthalmology.
The Dr is very professional kind caring thoughtful! He called my family member and myself by name. The location is Covid protocol ready.The wheelchair was inside the location - I had to go inside to ask for one for my family member. Also - the restrooms are located in a centralized area- not in the office itself. But the service the Provider delivers is awesome and in my humble opinion worth the inconvenience of the location
