I am unsure if the staff has changed from when those poor reviews were written, and it's unfortunate that they had that experience, however; my experience with Dr. Constance and Wendy was SO different. As soon as I walked in both receptionist that were there, greeted me as soon as I walked in. They were nice and helpful. I was having problems with my insurance ID cards and one of the receptionist went out of her way to help me (not everyone does that) Dr. Constance and Wendy were great. Very patient, Dr. Constance answered ALL of my questions because God knows I had many! They talked to me every step of the way to make sure I was comfortable and aware of everything that was happening and what they were doing. I had a few follow up appointments and the girl up front scheduled them so quickly. I loved this place. I highly recommend coming here for any questions or concerns you have regarding your vision!
Dr. Erik Johnson was absolutely amazing. He explained everything prior to my procedure. He was extremely kind and calming. During the procedure he explained each step before he proceeded. I can't say enough about how wonderful Dr. Johnson and his staff were. I was quite nervous about the surgery, but Dr. Johnson eased my fears and did a fantastic job! Thank you so much!
Dr Bowman is awesome this was my second eye surgery he explains everything to you so you understand he's good at his job and cares about his patients keep up the great work you do Dr Bowman I appreciate you.
We visited this office/location and we were super impressed with the patience they showed. My daughter was quite nervous initially, however, the staff were kind, playful and patient so it made the visit a lot better than expected. The office had cool toys to help keep her attention, we didn't have to wait in the waiting area long and Dr. Jordan answered all the questions that I had + provided additional info. Check in was a breeze because a lot of documents were completed prior to the visit. I was aware of the consult fee, but found out at the appointment that there is an additional fee if an actual prescription is provided. Thank you to everyone involved!
