My experience with Raleigh Ophthalmology was quite positive. Online registration was available for filling out forms and communicating with personnel as needed.The clean, comfortable, and well-equipped office is quite welcoming. Interfacing with the personnel makes one feel confident that their care is in very competent hands.
The care that I was given was exceptional, from the front staff and all of Dr Bowmans assistants. Dr. Bowman completely explained how my procedure was going to be done. My procedure is complete and Dr. Bowman did an awesome job!
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. The purpose for each procedure and test was explained and they were performed efficiently. Consultation with Doctor Patel followed shortly. Her examination and assessment were explained and time was provided for any questions I had. Very pleased to be working with this team going forward
