Very efficient. Dr Jordan did not hurry with the exam and took his time explaining how he would treat the condition with my eyes. His diagnosis was very clear and he did not rush to do surgery on them, explaining how he felt it might not help.
I called with a problem when the office opened (the problem was not an emergency but I did want to see someone that day). They saw me right away and addressed my problem. I was completely satisified.
My appointment today was with Dr. Riske and he was Great! This was my first visit with him to treat a swollen eyelid problem and he handled my situation with such care and concern which put me at ease with making an informed decision on the course of treatment.
