Very Good experience at Raleigh Opthalmology Friday 10/2. Quick check- in. Jacob worked with me. He was very professional, kind, knowledgeable. I really like Dr Gupta, she was very nice, and reassuring. Appointments were set up for my wife and me so that we would have one trip. We had minimal wait and the exams were quick and thorough. The staff from the front to the back were friendly and all questions were answered.
Everyone, from reception to technician to Dr to scheduler were not only extremely knowledgeable, but also compassionate, communicative, and, for lack of a more fitting term, lovely!
