Dr. Dickens was exceptionally thorough, pleasant and patient with our family member. He came highly recommended by our retinal specialist. He spelled out the information and recommendations in a way that we understood, made sense and didnt make our family member apprehensive about future treatment. It is very understandable that dealing with vision loss and the risk of doing more damage can be alarming and scary, and Dr. Dickens put us at ease about the next steps. Highly recommend! And his office staff was very professional with check in, all the screening and testing, etc.
What an organization! If you need eye care, there is no competition to Raleigh ophthalmology. From the basics through the in depth, they have everything covered. Staff is wonderful, Dr. Patel is above all others. Very knowledgeable, very friendly. I would highly recommend this place to anybody and everybody.
