Dr Patel was competent and personable at the same time. She answered all my questions and treated my sty in my left eye. I was seen for my appointment as scheduled and did not have to wait to see the doctor.
It was excellent and outstanding. I will definitely recommend Raleigh Opthamology to other patients. Dr. Patel and Dr. Dickerson were my doctors. I had another doctor but his family relocated.
Wonderful staff! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Dr. Hoffman was clear and comforting in supporting my vision. I am excited to move forward with my work up. Had to wait in front waiting room for 40 min to be called but left very satisfied with my care!
Everyone was great from the front desk check-in to each step it took to to get to see the doctor. Then the surgery scheduler was very informative and efficient. My overall experience was Pleasant. Its amazing how the check-in registration can set the tone for the whole visit and it totally did.
