This was my first glaucoma test. I didnt know what to expect. The personnel were so personable. So, I wasnt bothered by the necessity to go from room to room I believe four times for different tests. This visit was great and lasted for about 90 minutes.
They cleaned up their act. The first time a few years ago, it was 3 hours totally. On May 5th, it was under an hour for field of vision and pressure check. A vast improvement. They were all very friendly too. A few years ago, I would not have recommended them. But based on my recent experience, I would recommend them as long as they dont go back to their old ways.
Office staff are warm and friendly. Dr. Smith has been wonderful. Thorough exam. Shares all details on treatment and current conditions. Office is convenient vs. Going into Raleigh. Would recommend highly.
So far so good ! Initial evaluation for intraocular lense implant. Patient intake skills for office good along with explanation of options. Like most medical practices they a slammed with patients to be seen but intake process smooth. No comments yet on outcome of surgery. Only initial impressions of Dr Laber and support staff.. good!
