I had my first appointment at Raleigh Ophthalmology Center. It is a very beautiful place. Each and everyone of the staff members were absolutely wonderful. Very patient, kind, listened to what I had to say and explained everything to me in words I could understand. The Dr was very efficient and knowledgeable. I enjoyed my visit. I wish the doctor was more specific about my situation. He did not explain enough. And it is always in a rush just all doctors they do not have patience to go in detail about situations.
Having AMD I was obviously concerned about getting my cataracts removed. Seeing Dr. Bowman put me right at ease. All questions answered and recommendations considering my AMD. I look forward to my right eyes dense cataract removal and seeing better! I have a long history with Raleigh Ophthalmology. So very convenient having a Clayton office.
Staff was really pleasant and accommodating. I was seen on time almost as soon as I completed check in. My provider was good at offering treatment options and I got a thorough understanding of the things I needed to do to go forward with my procedure. A positive experience.
