I had a wonderful experience with Raleigh Ophthalmology. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. Dr. Dickens took the time to thoroughly explain my eye condition and answered all of my questions with patience and care. The exam was very detailed, and I felt confident in the treatment plan provided. I highly recommend this ophthalmologist to anyone looking for knowledgeable and compassionate eye care.
My daughters first eye Dr experience was great! The girl at the front desk was nice and held a conversation while I waited, the waiting room is bigger than most, parking was so easy! The tech was great, my daughter was comfortable with him doing her initial exam and shes usually shy at first. Dr Jordan was great as well and explained things in a way she could understand.
The staff was very friendly and welcoming. From front desk check in until the very end checking out everyone was welcoming and pleasant. They took time to explain everything they were doing before hand and WHY they do it, which I love. The ophthalmologist was also very kind and explained his findings in a manner in which I understood and felt comfortable leaving knowing what is going on. 10/10 recommend.
