Amazing team. Super physicians! Have trusted them with numerous eye issues and surgeries for a decade. Initially sought out Dr Laber to deal with a mess a highly touted eye surgeon made of my corneal lining transplant surgery. Dr Laber was amazing and took care of my Fuchs surgery mess right quick and in a hurry. I have seen numerous Raleigh Ophthalmologists and all are specialized and work together in a super knowledgeable and compassionate manner.They are all top notch professionals with a real, tangible caring touch. Looking forward to eyelid surgery on Friday the thirteenth with Dr Johnson! Really!
The doctor is a nice man and an accomplished top notch eye surgeon. The office staff has in the past been sadly lacking in many areas. The office does not pick up the phone in a timely manner. Hold times can run ten minutes or more before you speak to a person. This has happened repeatedly and is not a one off situation. They dont respond to requests for basic information via email. One office staffer prescribed eye drops that the patient chart showed they were allergic to and didnt use a pharmacy that the patient was insured through.
I was very impressed with Dr Adams and her staff. Everyone was very friendly. I was very pleased with the care I received from Dr Adams. She was very thorough.
This is the best and most thorough eye exam I have ever had in my life! I started having issues in my eyes, and they took such great care of me, and actually informed me I had been misdiagnosed by my previous ophthalmologist in a different state. Very professional, knowledgeable, and excellent communication. I had such peace And confidence in this team, that I highly recommend them.
