Even though I waited in my car over an hour and then longer in the room, the staff was kind and friendly. I am choosing patience to wait long periods because I appreciate the professional and personable attention and I receive from Dr. Adam. I am grateful to her for her help with my dry eye condition! I know things happen in doctors offices, and sometimes it takes longer for doctors to help the patients. I am glad that the doctors in this practice are spending longer time with the patients. I will continue to plan to wait since this is what I have experienced mostly. Thank you for your service and care!
