Despite reading all of the negative comments about Dr. Jordan. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. My son has a hard time warming up to nurses and doctors and while I must add that the nurse was a little rude doctor Jordan was excellent.He listened to me and spoke to my son in a respectful manner. The nurse that worked directly for him, I believe her name was Shelia or something along those lines. She was very friendly and spoke to my son with the upmost respect.
Thank you, Dr. Gupta. You are a very Refined Lady and you carefully examined my eyes. The front desk is well-staffed and courteous. The professional staff is patient, knowledgeable, and extremely careful when examining my eyes.
I am a senior lady who recently had eyelid surgery to help with my peripheral vision. I had Bells Palsy many years ago which caused my lid to drop. He did a wonderful job!!! Before the operation he stopped by the bed and chatted with me and it helped a lot. He is kind and patient with older patients. Thank you again Dr Johnson for restoring my vision. Also a big shout out to Kimberly the surgery coordinator, who returned my phone calls and did not rush me when I was asking questions. All in all a great office/doctor team.
Love this office, Timothy Jordan did my daughters surgery and it was very successful. I must also shout out Lauren at this office (at the check out desk) she went above and beyond. She knew we had driven two hours and I asked her what stores were near that I could go get a car charge from because my battery was dead on my phone and I needed it for my gps and this sweet girl, went above and beyond and went and got me her charger. That was a random act of kindness and it meant more than she knows.
