For my last two visits I have had to wait more than 20 minutes after my appointment time. I was told my one of the techs that there are other patients ahead of me. I had not said anything to her about waiting. I only spoke to the receptionist at the front about it being 20 minutes past my check in time. I felt as though her comment was unprofessional, and not necessary.
In a nutshell, you restored my vision! For over 50 years I struggled....now I can walk with my head held high! Thank you Dr. Adam and staff for this incredible gift!
