Dr. Chong and his staff are so polite and professional. I have been a patient of his for a while now and at each visit, they always make sure that I have been given the best of care.
Today I needed an Opthalmologist to see my mom with a painful eye issue. We were able to be seen by Dr. Jordan and his team at the North Raleigh office. Although they were busy, they were patient, kind and very efficient. From check in , the work up, and the seeing the Dr.....it was a great experience. Thank you Dr. Jordan, Sheila and Diego for making us feel comfortable and explaining things during the exam. They were very professional! I will definately share my experience with others.
