Very professional staff. Explained what was happening and what the next steps would be. The rep at the front desk was awesome and went above and beyond to fix glitch with my insurance card.
First of all, I am pleased that I can almost always get an early morning appointment. Secondly, the support staff are efficient and helpful when conducting arrival details and pre-physician interaction functions (eye test, pressure readings, etc.). And lastly, Dr. Chung is so good at what he does. I always leave with a good feeling about the status of my vision and plans to protect that vital sense.
