My mother who has dementia had an appointment there. There were 2 staff members one named Eliza and the other named Trinity who went over and beyond to accommodate her during her eye exam! They were both extremely polite, patient and courteous with her. Im not sure if theyve had experience with dementia patients or not but they did extremely well with my mom! I hope they receive some sort of commendation for their hard work and dedication!
The receptionists are both gems... especially Priscilla!! I called with an eye emergency at 4:45 pm on a weekday and she got me an appointment at 8 am the next morning with Dr. Hoffman. He was very thorough and listened to my concerns and took lots of time to answer all my questions. I drove 50 minutes to get to the office and it was worth it!!
