I trust Dr. Gupta and always feel I am getting quality care when I go to see her at Raleigh Ophthalmology.The assistant who got me ready for Dr. Gupta was friendly, knowledgeable, and kind.I had an early appointment with very little wait. The reception staff were friendly and helpful.
Despite reading all of the negative comments about Dr. Jordan. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. My son has a hard time warming up to nurses and doctors and while I must add that the nurse was a little rude doctor Jordan was excellent.He listened to me and spoke to my son in a respectful manner. The nurse that worked directly for him, I believe her name was Shelia or something along those lines. She was very friendly and spoke to my son with the upmost respect.
Thank you, Dr. Gupta. You are a very Refined Lady and you carefully examined my eyes. The front desk is well-staffed and courteous. The professional staff is patient, knowledgeable, and extremely careful when examining my eyes.
