My only issue with this office was earlier in the morning I had tried to call to verify my new insurance was to be accepted I was on the phone three times for 20 minutes each time and finally after the third time I left a voicemail to which I did not get a response. Another thing was they need to change their address on Google Maps because it sent me to their old address which luckily was just down the street but if I had been running late or something I would have been upset. But other than that the staff was wonderful and I was not left waiting in between examinations so I would highly recommend
Dr Smith was encouraging ,extremely knowledgeable andhad a kind manner .I am comfortable with our joint decisionin dealing with my glaucoma .Doris(Joan)Schmitt
It was an excellent experience. I was in and out in a little over an hour. The staff and Dr. Patel were all very professional. I particularly liked the immediate feedback on the test results. However, I was surprised and disappointed to pay $55 for a signed eyeglass prescription. It seems everyone is out to gouge Medicare patients.
